Thomas (Tim) D. Hill, Jr.
President
As President and Chief Executive Officer of McCaslin-Hill Construction, Inc., Tim provides day-to-day leadership and management oversight. Tim brings 40 years of construction industry experience to the business. Prior to establishing the business in 1991 he was the owner’s representative at McCaslin Properties Inc., an experience providing him with valuable insight into what is important to Owners and Developers.
Over the years, Tim has worked as a project engineer, project manager and superintendent. He has been a member of the Dallas Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the Dallas Chapter of Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS). He is an active member of TEXO, the local Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America.
Tim earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction from Texas A&M University and makes it a point to stay involved with his alma mater in numerous volunteer and leadership capacities. Tim has two sons, three grandchildren, and he enjoys golf and puttering in his backyard as time permits.
Steve Calhoun
Vice President
As Vice President of McCaslin-Hill Construction Inc., Steve provides day to day oversight on the projects and shares leadership responsibilities with Tim. Prior to joining McCaslin-Hill Construction Inc., Steve worked for McCaslin Properties Inc. as a superintendent and five years in the millwork industry.
He brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry to our clients. Steve and his wife have two children with three grandchildren. In his free time, Steve enjoys competitive skeet shooting and gardening.
