Here's what we stand for at McCaslin-Hill
Our Philosophy
McCaslin-Hill Construction is diligent in its efforts to achieve the safest, best-led and best-managed projects. Clients, members of the design team and specialty contractors are welcomed as partners in the building process. You have our commitment that we do what we say we are going to do and possess the necessary competencies and experience to work in the most effective manner possible.
People are our most valuable resource. We believe ongoing education and individual growth of each of our employees is the best means for us to grow as a company. Bringing out the best in ourselves as well as the people around us is done in an atmosphere of teamwork, stability, fairness and openness. Sharing our success with others and giving back to the community remains an important goal for our firm.
Our Mission
- To provide our clients with the highest quality construction services along with exceptional personal customer service.
- To foster a strong collaborative team effort with clients, design professionals and specialty contractors.
- To create an environment in which our team members are proud to work and can develop to their full potential.
Our Commitment To Safety
Safety is a company priority. Regular safety inspections, the encouragement and support of safe practices, site-specific safety practices, and proactive safety meetings are standard on each jobsite. All production personnel are required to complete a safety training and receive certifications in first aid and CPR. In addition, many of our employees pursue advanced hours in safety training.
Our Commitment To Quality
McCaslin-Hill Construction is committed to delivering both quality work and a quality experience to each customer. Only those specialty contractors who we know can do the work for a fair and reasonable price join our project teams. Every day, we inspect the technical quality on a project to minimize any defects or the need for rework. To insure a quality experience, we invest the time up front to learn first-hand what is important to a customer and then we go about meeting these expectations throughout the duration of a project.
